Shelly's unique perspective...

Therapy is about YOU...your needs, your hopes for change, your life. It is my job to create a safe, welcoming environment for you to work on the goals we set together. People begin or return to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Relationships are suffering, personal issues are becoming too difficult to take, or a particular challenge/situation has arisen.  People seek therapy hoping for a solution...for relief! That is exactly what Shelly has to offer RELIEF.

Shelly's goal is to be there for you every step of your journey and help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Shelly has had the privilege of helping men, women, children, adolescents, couples transform their lives, through her interactive coaching, innovative counseling and by her inspiring teachings. After serving adults, children, adolescents and families with relational issues, family conflicts,  anger management, anxiety, codependency and depression.   Shelly is known for helping people to gain the necessary life skills to overcome their challenges. 

Shelly offers individual, marriage, family, couple, children and adolescent therapy.
